Our History
Jiande Xuheng Metal Products Co.,Ltd was established in 2014, its predecessor was Jiande CX Metal Manufacturing Factory, which was founded in 1990. With around 30 years expereince specialised in the industry,CX drum closure is one of the best selling drum closures, and we are one of the leading manufacturers in China.
Our Factory
The factory is located in Jiande city, with over 2,000 m2 wrokshop and warhouse. Our products are providing sealing security for over 10 millions of drums around the world. The production line is operated by our rich experienced team members, with at least 5 years experience in this industry.
Our Products
Starting from drum closures in 1990, we keep expanding our product categaries, including drum cap seal, drum clamp, drum crimping tool, drum plastic bung, drum lock ring, and drum bolt sets etc. Every single piece of product will be will be inspected carefully by our QC specialists.
Our international standard CX drum closures are wildly used on close head steel drum with various volumes. Except for galvanized (zinc plated), we also have spray coated drum closures suitable for food grade use and chemical use.
Cap seal is another products that winning us recognition in internatoinal markets. Both pure colored and customized logo printed cap seal are able to satisfy our customers. Unique formulated gasket is able to keep elastic and not fall apart from the cap at the same time.
Specially designed drum clamp will make sure structure strength after welding, and maintain smoothness during opening and closing. Finely galvanized clamp surface will assure outsanding anti-crossive performance under different use condition.
Drum lock ring with virous diameter and cross section design will always fit to different drum tops. Both clamp type ring and bolt type ring are available baded on requests.
Our standardized plastic bung could perfectly fit into any close head drum. With various gasket available, plastic bung is more suitable than metal plug under some circustance.
Our drum crimping tool could be sent along with the cap seal. High quality raw material and carefully desigh buliding up our durable crimping tools. Adjustable crimping depth make sure it to be more adaptive under different conditions. Pneumatic crimping tool is also available based on requests.
No matter what the preference is, our drum bolt sets will be able to seal your drum. Both J type and straight type are available, with various thickness and length available. Flange nuts, wahsers, normal nuts, and bolt ear are assembled together to achieve best sealing effects.

Our Certificate
Our products compy with ISO 9001, various test reports including RoHS and REACH are available based on requests. We are also proudly own the patent of One-time finished punching riveting mold, which could improve production efficiency of drum factory because it assembles flange and drum top with only one punch.
Production Equipment
Currently we have two production lines and one production line for coated drum closures. New investments will be made every year on production equipment, including high accuracy mold, high-tonnage puch press, and image inspection system etc.
